Maintained creative department Macs – acted as IT help desk, installed system and other software, diagnosed and corrected problems on individual Macs and created and maintained databases for fonts and images in Filemaker
Trained a few staff in software and operating system usage
Streamlined, fixed and maintained font library in Adobe Type Manager
